In the heart of the East Westphalia-Lippe region lies the old Hanseatic town of Lemgo – and in the heart of Lemgo lies Kondor Business Park. A location steeped in history, run by people who roll up their sleeves.
The history of this site began in 1895 – and its industrial charm still lingers over the grounds today. The appeal and the challenge of preserving exactly that was our drive and motivation when we took over Kondor Business Park in February 2022.
